Biography
I am broad based business educator with current experience both commercially and academically in large and small organisations. I am used to operating in a team and independently with high workloads and tight deadlines offering an enthusiastic work ethic and excellent attention to detail. My roles have included that of Advanced Practitioner in Quality Assurance and school lead on external quality liaison. I am comfortable in the boardroom, classroom or working one to one. I was an early adopter of online training and continue to develop effective support networks for students both UK based and overseas. (Seconded to Learning Skills Network for 3 years as lead researcher – technology enhanced learning) As my personal business experience has been gained over many disciplines. I can empathise with a wide range of levels and roles from new graduates to senior management with integrity and credibility. I have found this to be an effective base when supporting individuals as it allows for accommodation of a range and depth of candidate perspectives from an academic and practical perspective.
