    Biography

    Amir Allam is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at Aston University. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Birmingham and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His research interests include corporate governance, board composition and its impact on corporate disclosures, corporate tax avoidance, and tax evasion. Some of his work is published in Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, International Journal of Auditing, International Journal of Accounting Information Systems, Australian Accounting Review, and Accounting Education.
