Biography
My interests are in the area of entrepreneuriship and international marketing. Most recently I was also seconded for 12 months to Aston University Hong Kong. I teach extensively on Aston's MBA programme and lead a research project on the use of foreign language capability as a source or competitive advantage in small firms.
My background is as a marketing practitioner. I am formerly the Sales & Marketing Director of Aga Cookers and Armitage Shanks. I have managed a number of MBI’s and now act as an Advisor and Non Executive Director at a number of other businesses including a children’s day nursery and a management consultancy practice.
