My work examines the psychosocial influences of chronic hearing conditions. This extends from individual level responses (modelling coping) to institutional and cultural influences on hearing services (for example in residential care settings). My work in shared decision making in Audiology has been internationally recognised and my group have produced Decision Aids to support decision making in hearing care and tinnitus care. |
