Biography
Dr Laura A. Byrne is a Lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour at Aston Business School, Aston University. Laura’s research interests include wellbeing strategy in organisations, paradox theory, and critical realist philosophy. Laura recently utilised critical realist philosophy and the comparative case study approach to investigate how wellbeing and the wellbeing strategy is defined, enacted and experienced in organisations.
