    Biography

    Dr Usmari Moraes has years of experience in the field of redox biochemistry and metabolic dysregulation in neurodegeneration. With previous work showing the metabolic changes in type 2 diabetes involved in Alzheimer's development, her research now focuses on understanding signaling mechanisms surrounding thrombus formation and Parkinson's disease.
