Research Interests

After the completion of her Medical degree and specialty training, Dr Lascar took an appointment as Clinical Research Fellow at Aston University in 2014 and she worked on type 2 diabetes in young adults. In 2018 she started a career in Medical Education at Aston Medical School working as clinical teaching fellow and achieving formal teaching qualifications up to SFHEA. Since 2020 she is Lecturer in Health Sciences and Clinical Practice. She has published 11 journal papers and 13 conference papers.
