Research Interests
My current research interests include exploring indivudal career managment, equality and diversity issues in the workplace and employability for under-represented groups. I am also interested in employee relations impact post brexit and the impact on indivudual employment rights. In terms of pedagogic research understanding of learning and teaching practices and examining HEI's focus on impacting outcomes is also an area of interest.
