Prof. Dr. Vignesh Yoganathan is Professor of Marketing at Aston Business School and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. His current research examines topics including service robots, digital marketing, and sustainable consumption, using quantitative (statistical modelling/machine learning & experiments) and qualitative (interpretivist) methods. His publications have appeared in journals including the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Ethics, and Tourism Management. He is an internationally experienced educator, particularly in executive education and digital learning, and has contributed to UK government and EU-funded projects on digital marketing and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Aston University, Vignesh has held several academic leadership positions including Director of MBA and Director of Digital Learning at leading UK universities.
