Abstract
The analysis of becoming of the system of regulation bank’s activity in Ukraine in the second halves XIX – to the first half of XX age is carried out. The researches of the Ukrainian scientists-economists M. Bunge and P. Migulin and their contribution to development of the system of the bank regulation in Ukraine are analyzed.
