Abstract

We combine 5 doped-fiber amplifier variants with lumped and distribute Raman-amplification to transmit in all of the low-loss transmission bands of silica fibers achieving an SMF record data-rate of 402.2 Tb/s (GMI)-378.9 Tb/s (Decoded) and 37.6 THz transmission bandwidth after 50 km.
