N2 - We investigate partially coherent and partially incoherent patterns (chimera states) in networks of Stuart-Landau oscillators with symmetry-breaking coupling. In particular,we study two types of chimera states, amplitude chimeras and chimera death, under the influence of time delay and noise. We find that amplitude chimeras are long-living transients, whose lifetime can be controlled by varying the noise intensity and the value of time delay.
